Rick Irwin brought over 20 years of industry experience with him when he joined Kahle's team in 2003. Rick's involvement in the local manufactured housing industry as Quality Control Manager familiarized him with construction regulations and codes. His capacity as Service Manager developed his customer relations skills. Rick spent many years designing kitchens for a local kitchen distributor using stock cabinets. Working directly with Kahle's factory, he capitalizes on the opportunity to design "outside the box" presenting clients with unique and customized ideas. Rick takes great pride in guiding customers through every step of the remodeling process. Being able to see his concepts materialize into functional, exquisite kitchens provides his greatest reward.

Lori began working at Kahle’s Kitchens as a part time receptionist when the current showroom opened in 1999. While assisting the designers, she learned each step involved in helping the customers with their kitchen project, beginning with selection of woods, stain colors, door styles, to the ordering process and the scheduling and coordinating of deliveries and installations. When she started working full time in the fall of 2000, owner Dave Kahle (“The Kitchen Master” as she calls him) taught her the fundamentals of kitchen design and gave her the opportunity to begin designing kitchens. Lori knows the importance of creating efficient and functional as well as beautiful kitchens. After serving a four year apprenticeship, Dave Kahle spent his early adult life as a journeyman moldmaker in the glass container industry. All during that time he pursued his passion of cabinet and furniture making as a part time business and hobby. His first kitchen project was for his mother while he still lived at home in 1970. Dave formalized Kahle’s Kitchens when he was laid off during the recession of 1982. Although he was subsequently brought back as a moldmaker his priority changed to self employment. His first employees were hired in 1983 and he left the mold shop and joined them in 1984 as a full time cabinetmaker and kitchen designer. Now, nearly thirty years later, Dave has designed, built and installed thousands of kitchens in the eastern United States. His favorite part of the business remains the challenge of justifying the needs of his customers with the capabilities of his company. He is most proud of the fact that all of his children have been actively employed in critical roles by Kahle’s Kitchens.

Ken Lander has been a member of the Kahle’s Kitchens family for over 21 years. He specializes in sales of appliances, flooring, hardwood mouldings, kitchens, and alternative heating solutions. He is experienced in appliance repair and oversees Kahle’s appliance and heating division. Ken commits a lifetime of knowledge to helping our customers make informed purchasing decisions
